Version 2 is out... and is ridiculously better than this one! You can even share your icon out to a database and browse through the icons submit by others. Check it out here: http://www.newgrounds.com /portal/view/502865, or use the "Other submissions by..." box to the left.
Use the tools provided within to create custom NG level icon graphics. Use "Preview" mode to screen-cap your creation at "actual size".
Unlock bonus content simply by utilizing the interface! There are a few that are a bit harder to find...
Tools provided allow you to:
Move
Rotate
Delete
Y-axis flip
Resize
Depth position
Scroll through object color/style
All available on single or multiple selected objects (hold SHIFT and click to select multiples at once)
And before you ask, no, you can't somehow replace your own on Newgrounds with what you create with this. That is outside the realm of possibility.

Mah level is 1337 or ova 9,000 (9,001) Mr. T plays guitar with a scary clown mask... and a monkey eating a chicken that has a green beak. It's there, you just have to search for it...

AWESOME
This game is awesome though it could use some more precised rotation the depth is a great thing to put in because it is useful for putting stuff through eg needles. I like the draw option because it is good for making lightning strikes in dark monster icons and having all the bonus stuff is bloomin' awesome. I enjoyed the game allot should make a sequel of some kind.
