NOTE: shells do damage whenever they explode near a plane, aim for the center of the planes to do the most damage.

September 1940 - the sustained bombing of Great Britain by the Luftwaffe has begun. As one of few highly skilled anti-aircraft gunners it is up to you to defend the coast line against the coming assault.
Upgrade your turret at the end of each day before catching up with the progress of the war in the newspaper. Plenty of medals to collect and enemies to destroy.
Earcade.org are paying my bills this month, so a big thanks to them as well as everyone who helped with the testing :)

UPDATE 1: Slightly increased the hit area of the bombers and larger planes

UPDATE 3: Reduced the hitpoints of the large green bombers and the observation balloons
UPDATE 4: Lone Defender in the defense collection? Well, frankly that's awesome :D
UPDATE 5: There seem to be a lot of people who have trouble reading, so I've defaulted the graphics settings to LOW. If you want to play it with some extra pretty graphics effects, go into OPTIONS, and select HIGH on graphics quality

NOTE: If you find the game is running slow, try setting the graphics to LOW and turning particle effects off under 'Options' - this should speed things up a fair bit.
