A summary, just for you:
Dr. Michael Scotts was a brilliant scientist whose vision inspired the construction some years ago of an orbital space station called the ALEXIS, designed to collect enough energy to be beamed back to Earth to power an entire city. A structural failure resulted in the destruction of the entire station, along with everyone on board.. with the exception of the doctor himself.

Now, just as he's begun making a name for himself fighting crime under the alias Radiant Beam, Dr. Scotts mysteriously disappears from his lab... and a hulk of machinery suspiciously similar to the destroyed ALEXIS simultaneously appears in space above Paragon City, leaving his friends and acquaintances scrambling to figure out what to do next.

This movie took me forever. In fact, looking for voice actors even took me forever (I ended up having to do Kir even though I have like zero voice talent). But yes. Enjoy! Laugh and cry! Pick out the obvious places where I started drawing first and then mock my sweat and tears! Ze second part, it shall have more action. If I ever get done with it.

Oh, a couple things:
*Radiant Killer does not have a voice actor. I could not find anyone to play him.
*Kur is in only a towel because one person I showed it to beta to remarked that he was "not naked enough
