"Good start but needs work!"

It's a good start, pretty nice actually. Here are my suggestions.
-It is useless to be anything then the indycar, with a tank, it takes almost 9 seconds alone to finish the second turn. With a f1 car, I could lose control constantly, and still beat everything else. Acceleration was no different really in all racers. As well, with f1 car, I never had to slow down, makes it the best car due to the top speed. All cars need a balance. Of course the f1 car would be the best, but not by a huge gap like there is now. Perhaps you intended it like it is, I'm not sure.
-The black lines at the ending, the 'grill' thing, it is pretty bad for the eyes. Now, I dont' spazz out or anything, but often things like that do bug alot of people. You should space the black 'lines' more.
-More tracks and cars!
-AI would be nice as well, easy/med/hard (Can do it with a specific 'time' for them, like there 'average')
-A possible upgrade system, you would have to tweak all cars possible to have a 'MAX upgrade' so there not so overpowered.
For cars, if your interested in balancing them all, you should take into heart of not changing them so majorly. I'd remove buses if this is the case, there pretty much useless and I couldn't think or anything general but a 'play toy'. Examples
Indycar: 80 top speed, 1 accel, handing 2/10
car: 74 top speed, 0.8 accel, handling 5/10
tank: 69 top speed, 1 accel, handling 7/10
nascar: 77 top speed, 0.8 accel, handling 3/10
gocart: 65 top speed, 0.6 accel, handling 10/10
The sky is the limits, but what I am trying to genreally say is only change it by small amounts, you'll notice a second or two difference depending on it. You should also add the fact to actually be able to 'use' your brakes, thus making the handling cars more valued becuase at the moment indycars just zip through everything with no issues.
Just my two cents, good start.
