minor glitch
There is a glitch whereas the sauna and the hot tub's occupants need to be switched places, but you can't since there is the other person in the area needed to place them. Otherwise, I would assume the game is good, but can't really tell until I can even advance.

Half Assed
Okay so, you made the game, it's not really glitched, that's all great.
Everyone does everything as they're supposed to and it works exactly as planned, maybe a few minor details I do not know about that need to be fixed or edited, but hey, well done.
But aside from that, comes a whole other issue. This game is depressingly boring.
All you're really doing is grabbing people, putting them where they like, and cleaning up after them.
For one person this is just way too much at once. You got grandma sulking on the seat because she wants in on the hot tub, whilst the person in the hottub wants in on the massage chairs, whilst the person on the massage chair has to sit there for a minute just because it increases their happiness and earning you your dollar.
So really your problem here is that their happiness depletes way too fast, but increments way to slowly, you cannot serve everyone at once and when you finally get around to serving them, their rating is so low that it's stupid. However, you can still succeed.
Now don't think I am just sulking because I didn't beat the game, because I had 5 lives left and on the second last level on the 2nd last Spa and decided to quit.
What really annoys me though, is that these people pay depending on how happy they are... that is completely un-realistic, and I understand that maybe your idea may not of been a realistic one, but people dont just go into a Spa take a massage, have a dip in the pool and then they're mad because they waited in line for one minute and just vanish without paying... A good idea would of been making them pay for the services they wanted and you accomodated, but tip you depending on how happy they are at the end. This way if somebody leaves early un-satisfied you still get a bit of a reward for trying.
Also, people paying money is annoying, they cannot be moved so they're in the way, you have to walk all the way over there and like shake their hand before they can get out, and then there's the possibility that they took a dump in the hot tub so you gotta spray it down, etc...
Basically I can rant on and on about how you could've improved this game, and that's surely enough what i'm supposed to be doing, but for all those people that critique the critics, I will stop where I am.
So a summary...
Re-do the payment system.
Make the happiness depletion slower to fit the Happiness increment.
Make satisfied customers do something like "Hey, I liked this place, so im not gonna piss in the pool this time around..." and so they clean up their own mess...
Something along those lines anyways...
Well made, just not that good a game.
