VOIDZ
This game was inspired by Asteroids and started off as a simple shooting game, with only 1 enemy and 1 level. I decided (for better or worse) to expand the game and included 10 levels gameplay. There are also some animated backgrounds (I especially like level 9's) and some bonus items to pickup. I made use of Flash 8's filters to try and create a neon look, although there are some noticable memory issues with too much use.
Controls:
ARROW keys rotate the ship, UP to thrust, SPACE to fire

Great game, and here's a tip for other players, you are faster than the enemies so just get them in a group and shoot at it, all your bullets/rockets/lazers will hit.

There was a bug. I can't use up key and left key at same time. pretty good though.
