I don't really agree with the idea that it's ok to just try and make slideshows for things that don't really need to be.
Yes, sometimes they can be entertaining, but you should try for mediocrity. You should be encouraging new developers and animators to try and improve themselves whilst entertaining the viewers.
Oh, and I have yet to find a worthwhile hentai gallery here on NG, then again, I don't really look all that hard.

I don't understand why you're making other people fill newgrounds with crap slideshows. It's awful, you should discourage it, not tell people exactly how to do it.

Watch your spelling
I encourage you to use of a dictionary. It's difficult to take what it is you have to say seriously when there's a word misspelled in every tip. (It took me a while to understand that "rely" meant "really," because "rely" is also a word.)
Sadly, your tips are true, and I have to give you props for saying the truth as it is.
