I told you I'd revisit Devil-Slayer. Honestly, I don't think this one's incredibly impressive, but it's something, and it starts to sum up the horribly thrown together plot points of the past 3 Devil-Slayer flashes.
I didn't make it too long, because the shading-less style I experimented with doesn't suit me. I'll find my balance one day, but enjoy for now. The last three episodes aren't too bad either(graphic and humor-wise) if you wanna check 'em out. Next episode's the epic finale. Peace.

It was a little too slow paced for my liking, plus it took about 2mins to load, however that could just be my shitty compluter.
I did not see this coming when I decided to wake up early as hell and check out the portal. Imagine my surprise when I saw Devilslayer IV in the portal already.
This was great!!! You weren't kidding about the demon's voice actor, he was sweet. Made that scene real enjoyable. And whoever did the old guy was AMAZING!!! You should use him all the time. He's great. Real pro quality. =D *wink*
So lets move on to some stuff you might already know since we talk about this all the time. The art was great, but I can understand if you wanna go back to shading. The animation was also great and made the shadless art less noticable in my eyes. If you want to find a balance that's great too. You can definitely do it. I'd bet money on that. But what you have now works great. Just keep doin your own thing and you'll get it right eventually.
And if not if always looks great anyways. lol
Now onto the plot, which I know is something that bugs the hell out of you.
Since I already know what the finished product will be, and it will be great, Im going to try to see this like someone who hasn't read the script and only has to go on this small segment.
It's getting there. Enough was explained right now to keep us fans in the know about what is going on. The background is there about the agency and Crisis Co., which does explain some of the previous movie's plot. The "forshadowing" about the good Doctor Chaos and what he will become was great for the character's backstory. And since from previous episodes we know Chaos is really Kain ( I just watched them to check if I was spoiling anything), the orgin of his youth and power is great. This movie is great for explaining some key information that will be important later on when you make the final episode or two. Not everything is explained, but if someone watches the last three Devilslayers you've made it should be pretty self explanitory.
Keep up the great work man. Can't wait to see the final conclusion. Hit me...er...I mean..um...Chao's voice actor when you need the rest of the lines finished.

This looks awesome and all the voices makes this animation even more enjoyable. It was cooling seeing the yung jazz again (no pun intended). Now on to the later years!

Good art, good music, good story the only tiny problem i had was..it was slightly slow. keep it up and hey jazz. If you wanna get more popular try doing a collab with a big name artist on NG it always works for others.

Some parts seemed a little more rushed then your other stuff, but whatever.
I never noticed that you use the pencil tool before.

Man that part had me laughin! The animation was great, smooth and well animated lip-syncs aswell. Voices sounded great, clear and everything else =)
I dunno, maybe it was just me, but some of the scenes it seemed like the drawings were alittle Jittery. Make sure you smooth out the lines alittle more next time around, otherwise it's great.
So the next episode is going to be your absolute last D.S movie? cuz if it is then I'll bet it'll be real epic! can't wait!
