RULES:
-Paint every block in a stage to clear it.
-Avoid getting hit by other cars
-Use your oil cans to stun a enemy, then hit them with your car.
-Use the turbo boost when you are sorrounded to avoid dead!
-You dont need to kill every enemy, in fact oil cans worth more points.
-Watch out! dont hit the damn cat!
-The enemies can jump and change floors so be in your toes.

The final game will be finished in a month or so (not too much free time).
This is my first flash game ever, so please dont be too harsh (bah! go ahead rip my game apart O_o ) , any improvement or commentary is welcomed.
I would like to know opinions about the following stuff: Level design, enemies behaivor, boss difficulty, overall difficulty.
Beta VERSION:
-8 stages (final) , 1 boss stage (final).
-Full moveset
-Full Help Screen
-Two game modes (hardcore mode is feasible)
-Almost all sounds in place (damn nitro sound FX)
-4 different enemies
-All rules applied (time, lives,score system)
-Custom keyboard actions
Final VERSION will have:
-20 stages (currently working in the stage 9).
-4 bosses (currently working in th second one).
-Online leaderboards
-Local record save
-At least 8 different enemies
-One new game mode
-6 special stages for the last game mode
-Some intros for the game story,progression in stages and the bosses.

The return of the Flag Cat.
This is a fun fangame of City Connection. There are three modes, enemies now have new behaviours and the cat isn't as irritating anymore.
I just don't like how the cars turn around like paper, how we can't make combos and how the level doesn't wrap around (is that hard to do in Flash?).
The other problem here is that i just noticed that this is the first review in almost two years. Have you ever released the complete version you spoke of in the description, SoulstealerMex86?
It would be a shame if you didn't!... =(

This game is really good, but if I could recommend one thing it would be to make a way to let you restart after dieing with a key rather than mouse, and some of the gaps are almost impossible to fall through leading to a lot of deaths for me
