A two month project with mountains of coding embedded. The game pays much great tribute to the classic master system game Wonderboy 1, 2, and 3. Strongly recommended for Xunmato Alpha and Gladiator fans! Enjoy :)

"Disappointing :("

I have to say I am very disappointed. So far, all I've seen from Godlimations are "Point and Click" games, and they were all great! When I saw that they had made an adventure game, I got on it immediately! However, after playing it, there is so much wrong with it, that I am embarassed. I love the Godlimations games, but this one just doesn't work.

First of all, the gameplay is mediocre: something I would _never_ expect from Godlimations! This is just another mindless hack-n-slash, but with very poor graphics. Everyone is facing the player, it seems. Almost comical, you can see people walking, faced the direction they walk, yet they stare blankly at the "camera". Another thing, very similar, is how Wonderboy punches. It looks more as though he is trying to attack the screen than any monster. Even worse is how the monsters "die". They invariably fall backwards, reminding me of the duck shooter at a carnival. xD

I tried to think of the good things going for it. As always, the graphics are jaw-dropping. Pat Majewski is an amazing artist, and I'd like to see anyone say otherwise and hold a straight face. However, adventure games just isn't Godlimation's cup of tea. I realize this is their first adventure game, but I would think the quality would be even further guaranteed by the fact. For the opening endeavor into the realm of Adventure/RPG games, I'm ashamed to say Godlimations failed miserably. The game was alright, but it wasn't at all the standards for Godlimations. (2/5)

"needs improvements"

The graphics is nice as usual, the game is easy, and that's all good I can say about it. Becouse it looks like a beta. The story is lame, the gameplay is repetitive, and that few seconds long looping music, wich cannot be turned off gets to my nerves pretty soon. And since there is no saving feature I have to start over if I get into a glich or I get tired before finishing it, wich is kinda frustrating. At least it saves the equipment and the level, but that's not much.
This game is too minimalist: there are too few skills, too few stats, wich can't be raised when leveling up, only with items, too few items, too few enemies, and too few talking NPCs. And the enemies are pretty lame too.
And where is the blacksmith? I can't use my money, nor sell my items, becouse I can't find any place for trading. There is a door with too swords, but I can't enter there.
And finally, you should make the X key for closing the dialogs too, becouse sometimes the close button gets behind the stats window, and cannot be clicked.
All in all, while this game is not original at all, it has potential, but should be remade, becouse it's not very enjoyable as it is.

"Third Henchman"

this game u figth against the dragon or against the lags?
i was in the shurum cave and i stoped in the air during the jump attack i was in the air moving rigth and left and a shurum was walking in the air later

"Too many glitches"

It's really good but here are some suggestions:
take all of the glitches out (I found about 10 of them)
add more monsters
add more items
have save points or an auto save feature

"Has potential"

Ok I played this at armorgames and am assuming there has been no changes.
The game was good however the storyline was short and it becamerepetitive.
My suggestion would be to lengthen the game a bit and make differences in the modes, besides items. perhaps putting in evenmorecreatures on medium and again on hard instead of a bigger badder version of the same old thing. The getting stuck in midair is annoying but is not the most immediate problem. The game ran a bit slow however (and unless I missed it needs a teleport from the troll. The blacksmith MUST be opened as right now I can't get into the building to my annoyance. Ass I said the game has potential but has toomany small glitches and annoyances.

I hope you might take into consideration a greater raise to experience for medium and hard level creatures.

The ability to jump through walls is inevitable due to a players ability to increase his character size(which increases weapon range), without making allowance for this you would be unable to move inside or underground later on.

To fix the equipment glitch stash all armor and then reequip, hint as a prevention I stashed the item I was replacing before equipping the new one.

The lack of a save button is not as big a deal as everyone seems to make it. If you die you have to restart the storyline but any progress you made was saved. If you came back on at a later time your level and equipment are saved however stash and gold are gone. If the storyline is expanded however a save button will become a necessity. perhaps the ability to restart parts of the story open by talking to certain people (save the girl talk to the warrior, kill the guardians talk to the dragon, kill the dragon talk to the girl you saved).

I must say that I am sad to see this released in its current condition. If even a couple of the glitches are fixed, such as the blacksmith, game speed, and monotony, the game would be much more enjoyable and would have recieved an 8-9 from me.

P.S. for anyone who read all that I know I talked way too dam much :-)
