That was great! Good graphics and story (kind of). It reminded me of some shows on Adult Swim with it's randomness.
I loved it the whole way. That long haired guy reminds me of myself (exept for his addiction to milk). The only thing that could have im proved this movie is NO GRADIENTS!!!! Otherwise it was pure awsomeness. 5/5 form me little buddy :).
It's like a mix between an animated series called Clock sucker and also Edds world :P
Nice work, I like it. The only thing that can be improved is the storyline =D

It was all around pretty funny. Were you by chance inspired by Eddsworld and/or family guy? Cause it seemed like you were.
And just so you know, the blockhead doll made the whole thing for me
You can tell that you worked your ass off to make this cartoon and it really shows. I actually made a 5minute cartoon about me and my friends, submitted it, and the score wasn't too pleasing but take it from a guy who knows. Don't give up on this :) A lot of series start with one episode and then just come to a halt because of low scores or reviews. I promise you if you keep on at this then it will get better :)
Anyhoo, I really enjoyed it. The animation is smooth, the voice acting is good. It didn't really make me laugh but then again it's not really my style of humor.
Overall good job, I can't wait to see the next one. Eh?

Although a bit of it made no sense most of it was pretty damn cute and funny

"Good effects, characters and pacing need more work"
After the intro I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the backgrounds and some of the effects animation that you did (off the top of my head, Mr. T's minigun muzzle flashes), so those are all good.
My biggest two complaints are with the pacing of the story and the character animation. I'm not going to say the much hated "TWEENING IS EVIL!!111 FRAME BY FRAME ALL THE WAY" bit that I usually rant about, but if you're going to use a sort of cutout animation, put some more articulation into the figures. At least split the upper torso into two different parts (stomach, ribcage) and throw some joints into their limbs (you have upper arms and elbows, but you also need to have wrists on those guys as well).
As far as "smoothness" goes, yes, it's smooth, it's still not lifelike because you lack BODY LANGUAGE and POSES in there. You can spend all the time in the world adding in more inbetweens and breakdowns to make a piece of animation smooth, if the characters (especially if they're human) lack body language, then the thing's going to look stiff.
My biggest complaint is with the actual storytelling. This thing drags out like a sitcom (it looks like Family Guy is one of your big influences). I'll be honest in that I didn't even make it through the whole cartoon. So the guys need milk... stick to that plot. Don't throw in random stuff like a guy shooting a bug or a giraffe in the fridge because it breaks the flow. Random moments like that only work if the viewers are caught off guard (See anything by Bob Clampett or, more recently, the Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack). The only way you're going to catch them off guard is by completely engrossing them in the story, and right now the pacing is just so slow that it's not involving at all.
The other thing is that besides a couple of gags, this entire thing could have been done in live action. Do something to make this a cartoon, i.e. exaggerate something.
tl;dr: Good effects and backgrounds. Speed up the timing and don't make this like a sitcom (it's a cartoon! Go wild!)
While it was animated alright and pretty swell actually...to me the jokes were just...not very funny at all. It was like a really bad episode of Family Guy, the whole kids heros gone bad just wasn't very funny either. (I mean come on a Barney joke? In this day and age?)
Look I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but imo you need to really improve on the humour aspect in the coming episodes.

I totally saw your humour in it, and I laughed too. Your only problem was that you tried to make there mouths look exactly like they were saying-- And sometimes you messed up. Which is always alright, but you should look into that. Keep your work goin', hopefully there will be more. Now get into that fridge.

First, I don't know what's up with all of these reviews that don't like your movie, but I guess everyone has different likings.
Animation/Graphics - I found all aspects of animation, graphics, drawing, colors, etc.. pretty much everything great. I don't see anyway of improving anything in terms of this. Good job here you have some good animation skills.
Story - This is where I don't understand why people disagree. I personally like simple jokes and simple humor, but like before I guess different people have different opinions. Pretty good humor and I found myself being entertained throughout the whole movie.
Audio - I couldn't find anything wrong with the audio either. It seemed like everything ran together pretty well and everything in terms of sound effects, voices, and music were done well. Good job.
Overall, a really good movie which I think may deserve a little more recognition then it has.

Graphics were pretty damn good. Loved the house. The voices, musice and sound all were good. But the jokes were corny. Not my cupt of tea but some people like it.

A great blend of humour, musical cues and good solid animation. The plot was pretty good, although some of the jokes were a little obscure and occasionally had me thinking "WHY?!", but other than that it was a solid episode to start the series.
I think that you need to maybe throw in a few more extras, like you did with the Tankmen reunning away from the tank, as that was pretty funny. Extras always make to keep the viewer from getting bored, while you've got some of the outdoor scenes - maybe use the TV changing scene to change the lighting in the house, that would always work well.

It's a very good movie with pretty good graphics and lots of random humor (I mean, a giraffe in the fridge, because someone took the lion out? :D )
I liked how much you cared about the backgrounds. The details there are amazing. The animations are very fluent, too.
The voice acting is done great, too. But you should work a bit on the volume. The voices are pretty quite while the music is so much louder. I had to keep a hand at the volume control of my speakers all the time, to turn it up when there was conversation going on and turn it down when music was playing.

I must admit when i saw the running time ,it put me off. As i thought its long for a flash movie, but this was a nice watch so the time when running by.
Graphics.8/10 The look of this is very high its more noticable, when you see the like of Barney and the televison. The colors are great the blood gory, and the charaters looked cool. The outlines are pretty good not perfect, but it was was good looking piece.
Sound.8/10 The voices of the three main one,s is very good. The humor and speeches are good, i can understand them well. The cow was the best as, it sounded funny with the scary voices.
Humor. 5/10 The first part with him putting his head, in the cereal was a good gag. The use of the spoof Barney. and others one made me giggle. The humor was not laugh out loud ,but the parts which were funny were good. Mostly it was the odd time, when i saw the funny parts.
This is a promisng first episdoe. The three Tobby,Alex and Doughnut ,were cool people. I felt they made you care about them ,they are silly but not stupid. The story whilst not the most strong, was good enough to keep me wanting more. I love the use of Newgrounds stuff for example, Blockhead,Pelicon etc. It was put in well and did not look unorginal, it was a clever piece of work. The clever parts with the Cow and Giffare, were some of the best parts.
I guess the story took somtime to get going. It did not have much of a plot. The scenes are good although ,somtimes they did pause, and take a while to go to the next one. The humor would have been nicer to have more laughs.

This was absolutely hilarious! The art and animation were awesome, for starters. I loved the moods you portrayed in your characters through the animation, (like the little facial expressions of of the characters during the character intro in the beginning of the flash for example). The sillyness of that kind of thing alone made me laugh. The quality of the animation its self was also top tier, I was really impressed.
The voice acting was great. All the audio was balanced very well, nothing sounded too loud or too quiet.
The humor was delicious, it had me laughing all the way through.
I really got a kick out of this. What an awesome first episode. Please keep up the great work!

Animation/Graphics - The animation was pretty sweet. It seems you've got drawing people down. It seemed as though the animals were a little less quality than the characters.
Story - I pretty sure there was a storyline in there somewhere. The little bits that seemed to work together were funny.
Audio - Some good songs were used. The SFX were pretty cool, and the voice acting was great.
Overall - Great flash. Can't wait for Ep. 2.

I really enjoyed this flash in its entirety. The storyline was kool, alwyas staying in focus. I liked all the random tangents you put into it, down to the scrolling display on the cahs register. Your humor is also hilarious. Pretty fast huh? Voice acting and sfx were of appriopriate volume and sync very well. The ending was really unexpected but it gave me a laugh to conclude with. Awesome work man!!!!!!!!!
Suggestions: my only qualm is that the drawing could be better. It was very realistic but some of the animations could be more realistic. But other than that you did well.
I must have watched it about four times now. It's a rollercoaster of randomness and crazy stuff through out the whole movie. The lip syncing was excellent none the less and the animation wasn't too shabby either. I would expect this sort of flash to get a higher ratting and publicity on Newgrounds than what it currently has, but I don't know. It's good, just keep it up and you will eventually get somewhere with it. It could of been drawn a bit better and I think it might be a bit over the top with the randomness and length of the movie.
Hey please respond. This is a great flash with high detail, good voice acting, a funny plot, and a long running time. My question to you is how long did it take you to make this flash? Also how long have you had flash because I am interested in making movies of this style and I would like to know how long to expect before I master it. Also I want to know how long a flash like this would take just to keep in mind when I feel like I am not getting anywhere on my animations.
