It's good and all but...

There's no stratagy in it. It's too easy. Even on the normal mode. All you do is (spoiler) work up resistances then means of infection then leathality. It's too simple.

Economy Problems

The biggest problem I have with this game is that the poorer countries and other countries that cannot manufacture their own resources can lock down all trade yet somehow still survive. If a simple economy system was implimented as well that stopped the countries from staying locked for good or have a chance for some people to slip between the boarders or smuggle goods into countries then the game would be far simpeler yet have the final dimension of realism.
Parasites are easy targets inside the body but outside are highly resilient. They are more common in 3rd world countries.
Viruses are immune to most drugs but are susceptible to the environment. They are more common in modern society.
Parasites also carry bacteria or viruses.
Some dimensions to add.
Incubation periods. High ones reduce visibility but make it more vulnerable to drugs and less lethal.
Economy system of some kind.
Multiple diseases.
For viruses: Enveloped or unenveloped
For bacteria: Mobility levels, Anaerobic or Aerobic,
For parasites: Carried disease, Parasite size, Parasite resistance
Public Panic? A possible idea, paniced people spread viruses faster. Martial law stops this.

I know that it's alot of work to make a game and I congratulate you for doing so. I'm just offering suggestions.

As far as the game goes it is very good. I did manage to win but I was lucky and started in Madagascar.

great, but now im just sitting here waiting for greenland to die and then ill wait for otheres lol
every continite infected 20 some days
every person infefected: 60 some days

they had a vaccination completed, and were starting to deploy it when greenladnd was the last to close their hospitols, so some people have the vaccination, they just won't use it :p

you should make it a gradual vaccination deplioyment like theres so many people vaccinated a day and so on

Great but a lot of problems..

I have successfully destroyed all of Greenland's population. However, it doesnt make sense that hospitals should still be working even though there are no people!! This game is really addicting, and you really should listen to people's suggestions to make Pandemic III.
