Bonus points for putting chicky clothes in Ren's wardrobe selection. I think I had more fun dressing him up than her. But that's probably because I'm attracted to androgynous guys & girls.
Plus, I appreciate how you put a back button. It annoys me when some flashes let you choose a character to dress up, but there's no way to go back and pick a different character; so, you're left restarting the whole flash. Not so with yours. You at least put some fore-sight into the UI usability.
Your art style was nice, but could use some polish. It looked a bit sketchy instead of refined. You pointed out the other things that needed improvement in your overview ... just not sure why you didn't take the time to alter things around if you knew they would annoy folks?

Yea, I know my art style isn't the best. the original ren took 2 1/2 hours to draw and color [and looked much better, heck it was even shaded], and ayako was originally in a Lolita-style outfit on notebook paper, so I'm not the surprised the art doesn't seem the best.
And I suck at tablet. Worse on mouse, but sirious suck on tablet.
