I came up with this while using Newgrounds. Oh, the irony!
In this movie, I'm interviewed by someone who asks me loads of questions regarding what I think about Newgrounds. My answers are well put.

"Nice enough"
I really think it was interesting to have a Newgrounds intereview as the basis for a flash. I've been here a long time and I would myself like to conduct or partake in one of these. As for the flash itself, I wasn't really that impressed. The questions were fine, but they didn't come off as being particularly provocative. I have nothing against you at least.

The jokes were kind of stale,and the animation wasn't great, but all in all is wasn't bad.
Right when he said "Is there anything you don't like about Newgrounds?" I thought "Yeah, this guy Tom Fulp, he's a DICK" So it's kinda funny that's the joke you went with. (But seriously, Tom, your awesome :) ) Hmm... Firefox doesn't recognize "Fulp"

The mouth movement was a little off with what they were saying and the jokes were stale at times. This is a good idea, I suggest you continue playing around with the idea of an interview. Just spend more time planning it and get some second opinions as to the humor.

The responses are neither witty nor enlightening. There is no contention in the discussion. The entire exchange is bland. Better if you had emphasized the potential conflict with Tom Fulp beyond "gonna stop being so mysterious?" It is not a universal sentiment and you did not convince me to care.
The animation was fine; I suggest you move the mouth less. Watch an anime (DBZ) as example of a rate to strive for.
