I know where that is from. It's from a couple places, but look up MaxTheBlackRabbit and you can probably find this and a shitload more of his art. He does a lot of WoW works, and was the creator of World of Porncraft. If you just want to find this picture, google "Getting Nerthus Off", and you should be able to find it like that.
