Encons back to his old style and the games tweaked.
There are 3 modes of play, Id recommend wussy or slayer mode though. Death sentence is called that for a reason!!!!.

glitch 1 - if one of the spinning lizard enemies gets caught try restarting. Im working on fixing that now.
Glitch 2 - If The music skips in room 1 , try restarting, Im working on fixing that now!

I see some of the changes now...

The shooting was very noticeable. Sword style us from the FU1 and the enemies are smarter now, they even jump and follow you. It's a good start, hope to see more soon from you and NT, she has been preparing...

Dizimz responds:

NTs a man lol. a 22 or 23 year old dutch man. no kidding

not bad

As a start, this isn't too great, but it has lots of potential.

Graphics: you really outdid yourself on the graphics there. keep it up.

Sound: glitches aside, not a bad soundtrack

Gameplay: here's where the issues lie. i know it's just a demo, but a few points really stuck out.

your character's attacks and movement is too slow when compared to the enemies or the previous games. this'll leave you mince meat in the full game.

the range attacks are relatively slow and clumsy. the machine guns should at least be automatic like the first one. the charging up part is a nice touch though.

the red orbs really dont heal you that much when compared to the original version you released a while back.

Just doesnt feel like the same fast, furious, devil-slicing prequel we all loved before.

Overall: not bad for a start, but if graphics have to be sacrificed a bit for better gameplay, it's worth it.

Good but way too buggy

There are SOOOO many bugs and things that need improvement, here is a list to help:
1-I started the game with 108 red orbs and as I got to the second part (roof crawlers) I had like 90 something (I died 1 time so that may have something to do with it).
2-There are way too many enemies that take too long to kill.
3-The red orbs have to bounce around several times before you can collect them.
4-Going into devil trigger mode you still look the same until you attack.
5-You don't have to face an enemy to shoot them (I mean the regular shoot button not the 2 way.
6-The enemies can be knocked off the screen and take forever to get back to where you can hit them again (possible solution: make the player and NPC barriers the same)
7-Shotgun looks rather strange: when you shoot it looks all flimsy, a double barrel shotgun should have close to the handle come off and you should have the player open, discard, reload, and close the gun before being able to fire (look at The Last Stand 1 or 2 for an example or look closely to DMC3 for dante's animation)
8-Take your time and make the animations look smooth and flow really well like in other games (again The Last Stand 2 is a great example)
9-The "charge shot" needs to be a single shotgun shot or about 6-8 pistol shots(if you want to follow DMC)
10-Too repetitive
11-The attack animations Need to Flow and look good and you need to change the attack setup: make it more like DMC's such as
A-create a delay type thing: Dante can do one type of attack by attack, attack, attack and then do a different one by a,a,...almost till the animation finishes then a.
B-make a counter type thing with the taunt but has to be timed right (not perfect but the closer makes damage go higher) and right as the attack would hit then dodge/sidestep and perfect time gets a cool finishing move.
13-The jump needs to be controllable midair (the player can jump forward and midair go backward by holding <- arrow)
This game has great potential! Please take your time and figure it out and it will be the next big thing.

well repetative isnt a bug,
and unfortunetaly there are some things out of my skill budget and animations that can flow from 1 outta/100 moves to another 1/100 moves is next to impossible for me without KILLING the size lol
