06/26/08 – 06/30/08
CONTROLS: Left and right to move, up to jump, and space to throw fireballs after nabbing a Fire Flower.
If you go to the options screen and click inside the Name Box, you can enter your name for the display instead of the display name being "Mario".
NOTE: For a challenge, I made the game so that only pirhana plants inside pipes could be killed; you can't kill the ones on the ground.
Brought back great memories.
That was fun! I enjoy all mario games! Nice sound effects!
Nice game, smooth gameplay.
But a few things are glitchy and a few things are annoying, for example:
- I picked up a mushroom and I went down the pipe and I was small again
- I don't like the fact that you put arrows on the pipes that lead somewhere, we can figure this out for ourselves and takes away the Mario style.
Wow, you have done a great job at recreating the game :)
But nothing I haven't seen before, you have some serious competion, but it was still very good. 4/5 from me!

dang it, if I could, I would give you 100 out of 10
I just have 1 little advice, usually in the computers emulators the "a" is "z" and the "b" is "x" in the computer keyboard, the control you put in is good, but I think this would make it better. Still is a really nice game, if you don't want or can't download an emulator
This flash that you have made is almost just like some of the older Mario games that everyone used to play. There are a few bugs/glichtes, but otherwise keep up the great work!
Very similar to the old mario...great job....few bugs but no problem you can still play fine.....

It seems like you just used Super Mario Flash to create your own level and were able to upload it seperately...Especially with that above comment which is horribly obviously a lie due to the fact the creator of Super Mario Flash did that exact same thing. The oppening is the same as well. While there are a few differences (Such as the no level editor and the arrow on the entereable pipes) It seems very much like you just modified someone else's game.
why dont you just make a flash with your ownsprites, it'll be better because they wont look like you just copy and pasted from a sprite web site.
it seems like you good at making games, so make your own.
you should use your own sprites they r really not to hard to make them. If you o it won't look as much stolen as it oes right now
yeah i am pretty sure this same thing came through here a week or two ago. It has almost the exact same level setup. I am not sure if you stole it or just copied it, but not cool if you did.
for some reason this thing feels familure, and looks too much like the actual console game.... i think this may be stolen, but im not gona jump to any conclusions, this is for newgrounds to decide.....
but, whoever made it, its a good game....
Since I will get another post taken down if I do the sin of linking the original I will not make that mistake again. This is very blatantly stolen and only slightly modified. Adding an arrow to the pipes you can go down and taking out the level editor will still not make this a game you made. Yes this is an older version of the current game, but I really dare Paxer123 to reply to this and say he didn't steal this.
Man up to this and tell people that its just a modified version of Pouetpu's game. I know I would have alot more respect for you if you were willing to do this rather that lie saying things like:

That was one of the features already in the game. And you can bash this post all you want but its not going to change the fact that the game isn't yours.
