"A great stepping stone"

I think this is a great start.
You see, when I look at most people's submissions, I see someone trying to do too much at a time, and not doing any of it well. You picked something simple, and did it well. Overall, rather than vote five on doing everything but poorly, I will always vote five for someone who picks something within their limitations, and tries to grow with it.
I admire that you have a great sense in transition. Every single one of those words was individually drawn, I can tell. Little nuances like bigger letters, changes in colors, and even simple symbols bring greater meaning to the song. I don't just listen to the words now, because I can see the tonality in the words placed before me. Whether that was intentional or not, it's a powerful effect, particularly when using a song like Creep, which is a very moving song.
If I were to see more, I would personally like to see more of a transition to animation. Nothing crazy. For example, if you were to redo this submission, you could make scenes that would be appropriate for each section of the song. If you interpreted the guy singing as being someone who sits on a park bench and looks at a pretty girl, you could totally draw him looking sad and depressed as she walks by with rain falling on him. You don't even have to do lip synching at that point either. With some camera zooming and some fading, it does wonders.
I can tell that you'll get a lot better, and quick. I really enjoyed this, because you picked a great song and went with it. Please keep making more.
