For a first time animator, This was pretty good! Congrats on becoming a true animator. Might I suggest templates next time? I mean by that, Photoshop a normal stick figure.. =P
Still, this is pretty good. These other people are just angry, honestly.

Ripping off other peoples work and becoming insanely lazy half way through is not the makings of a good flash. Create original ideas and put enough effort into it that it's decent and you'll get a better score. Also, your age has nothing to do with anything. If if sucks and your 20 it sucks. If it sucks and your 11, guess what? It still sucks. Sorry man but please, effort. EFFORT.

To the people, the stick figure stopped because it's a noob and doesn't know anything, or that's what I make of it.
The animation is pretty decent, the graphics are okay, but the dialouge sucks.
-2 for bad dialouge, -3 for not crediting the original author of the Animator vs Animation series.

Well, the firsts 5 seconds were "nice", but them you got lazy and the figure remained stopped until the end, making this a poor flash. AAAAnd... don't name your flash based on other's people work (sorry to repeat what everyone already said). Try to be more creative and spend more time on it and you shall do a nice one.
