Like the description in the video, this was a project I did for my Animation course. Instead of all the movements being motion tweened like I usually do, instead I took the time to do them frame by frame. It's pretty short for one of my animations but it's a rundown on the process my character Tick makes in transforming into a mode. It's obviously his Swordsman mode.

i could have run slightly faster, there was a lot of time when nothing was happening--where you were building up to the next action, but the next action didn't come soon enough. Other than the timing issue the animation was nice (the fast movements of the yellow thing really symbolized speed and morphing). good.

First, it wasn't that bad. That's the nice part. If your going to put this in as a transformation part in a flash, make it shorter or faster. I would kill myself if I had to watch that everytime he decided to get dressed up in a suit that looks like a snake/unicorn thing. Number two, any particular reason you chose to have a very anime theme to this and the other one? Why don't you make something unique, instead of a rip on anime? Anyway, other than those things, it was pretty good.
