The zombie horde are unrelenting, insatiable. The only chance to survive is to make it to Union City in 40 days, before the evacuations end.

Move from town to town collecting all you can carry and defend yourself through the night.

Fun, time consuming game.

I think there could of been of few more features in it, I liked the ability to go town to town and search different buildings for weapons and people, nice improvement from first installment. I think they should add more accessible buildings to loot for weapons and find more allys, maybe make missions to safe people, add a custimizable barracade, choose which building/ area to create your barracade. Improved AI, alot times during the game I found ally fire not very helpful. Maybe improve weapon accuracy, oh and increase the size of your groups. lots of other ideas for improvement but I dont wish to take up to much space. All in all I think it was great. please continue making fun games like this one.

This game is both unique and non-repetitive, and rather than forcing you to do everything, all you have to do is to get to a location before 40 days, really unique and the graphics (like in it's prequel) were superb. Well Done!

Better, but...

I think the traveling took away from the repetitive feeling for me. And how you need to learn where to search to find what weapons. This one also does not feel as long because of the days spent traveling, and because you don't need to spend all 40 days playing. All you need to do is get to Union City.

A little more animated: Zombies no longer move in straight lines towards the player. Traps are a handy way to slow their forces, and survivers are not only re-equippable, they are more trigger happy too.

The thing that bothered me was that the zombies would disappear after being defeated. I know that erasing the level from unused animations helps the game run smoother/faster, but it took away from the realism for me.

I do have one suggestion for if you decide to make another. Since I noticed that zombies are capable of reaching over the barricade and killing your survivors, maybe dead survivors could come back as zombies on your side ove the barricade posing as an added threat? Just something to think about.
