The zombie horde are unrelenting, insatiable. The only chance to survive is to make it to Union City in 40 days, before the evacuations end.

Superbly done my friend, This game excels in every aspect of gameplay.
One particular element that I enjoyed was the introduction of more Tactical play through the use of traps and being able to equip survivors with specific weapons. Also the hazard of survivors being killed during sieges mixed up things rather well.
However as in all things there is definitely some room for improvement in someplaces. For instance I didn't like how the bear traps were only one use only, perhaps they could have a life-span put on them. Also, I would love if perhaps you could consider a sort of mini-game like sequence in which you must look for survivors/weapons in a certain area. Lastly, a little more storyline couldn't hurt either. Addictions such as these would really place The Last Stand 3 above and beyond all explication!
On day 39 my cads broke but I got through the day and I missed the dead line. I survived 49 days... Awsome game hope there will be a part 3.
sometimes it's really hard to hit the dogs. right before i left for union city, my barricade broke, and i had 3 ammo left for my chainsaw, and a soldier with a machete was attacking me. I won.

good, but had it's share of pitfalls
I love defense games, and I love zombies! So would I like this one?
Yes.... and no. Here are my main quips:
- Even WITH weapons, the fellow survivors barely did anything. Give 4 of them good weapons, and stand back: they will barely kill ANY zombies!
- Some weapons were just a complete waste. The 357 was too weak. When I got it, the pistol killed more zombies, (even with headshots). The grenades reloaded too slowly to really be effective. By the time you get them the ak and M4 kill faster.
- The restarting system was atrocious. I like how you can replay the level when you lose, but chances are a survivor or two dies every time you do this. With the many times I've played it, there was only one time where I was able to actually beat the level. The fact that you don't get back the traps you lose, or the survivors who die every time you restart makes the game impossible if you ever let any of them die. Now, they may kill little/no zombies, but they are essencial to actually beating the missions.
Frankly, I just don't like the fact that you have to replay the game every time you get a game over. It kinda favors people playing it 100X, knowing what is in which building, and playing accordingly.
