The zombie horde are unrelenting, insatiable. The only chance to survive is to make it to Union City in 40 days, before the evacuations end.
Move from town to town collecting all you can carry and defend yourself through the night.
Much better than the previous installment, and this one truly has an RPG feel to it, especially when you have to make decisions about where to travel next. Also, if you get the chainsaw earlier on, that serves as the default melee weapon, which is a nice touch because it was missing from the last game.
I liked much more the first game... This game is really not very logical... People die lonely being in front of the wall... You go to a gun store, there´s nothing... You go to a lot of houses, there´s nothing and nobody... Sorry... but there´s not too much logic...
This game is pretty fun to play, wish you could move around a little more but it's fun still.
I also like the idea of finding supplies/people/weapons all within 1 search!
I made it all the way to wave 18 in about 30+ minutes. BUT, there's a flaw within the game..
1. I hit Esc, and change the quality, it lags a little bit when I try to resume game and I hit "Main Menu" It doesn't even ask "Are you sure you want to return to the main menu?" No it doesn't, it just returns and what's with the NO save? WTHeck come on now I just lost all my waves and the last 30 minutes of playing the game because I can't even continue from any wave it just restarts..
2. Sometimes it seems like the zombies take WAY too long to die, even when I aim/hit them in the head, and sometimes it looks as if my bullets disappear in front of them and doesn't hit them..
4 Stars for the gameplay, but I deduct 1 star cause you can't save/continue your game, 3Star total.
That's my review, thanks for your time. -KS
For a 2008 flash, I'd say that this game stands out with others. Yet it lacks in the freedom feeling and makes you feel enclosed.
played this game all the time one of my favorite zombie video games
