there isn't enough there, its too short, waaaaaaayyy too short, improve how you draw the people, and you MUST use Krinkels' background, otherwise it won't be a tribute, it'll just be like you are mocking his (or her, i'm not sure which) legendary work!!! His backgrounds are not lame, they are classic and really really cool!!!! and simple too, do all of the above stuff, and I MIGHT turn the 2 into a 7, possibly an 8, and my 1 to a 3 from the vote bar.

Next time do finish it before submitting it. It seemed like maybe it would get better... but what you have now is nothing really. If you want an better review, submit the whole thing. Otherwise, why bother? You have to know you aren't going to get any kind of a good score when you only do it half assed. I will give you this much, if you finish it and submit the whole thing, you have me intrigued enough to watch it. For now, your four stars come mostly from the choice of music, good song.
