Just a few things NeoSkywalker,
1. Make the words at the beginning stay a little longer, I couldn't read them all. lol
2. Try and make the movements more fluid, like the punch and fall right at the beginning.
3. Work on the art. Again, with the punch, you could see a gap between the arm and the side of the screen,
4. Sound. Just a song makes flash boring! lol. Try adding in some sound effects and maybe just have the music in the backround. If you feel daring enough maybe even try recorded dialogue instead of written words; or both!
You've got some good potential in the flash world though, I'll be checking back for more submissions. :)
