well the effects are nice but lacks physics and easing. Read some tutorials on those 2 things and you will be ok.

Well the sound and animation is something to work on, good for a first submission though! It look like a lot of it was motion tweening over lots of frames; try doing it frame-by-frame instead. Can't wait to see you improve!!!

need a baackground, try smoother animation.
Have people say stuff. If you ddont have a mic then use text.\Try getting it a little smoother.
And definetly make it longer.
