You know, a tutorial is supposed to learn people how to do things. This only gives away Actionscript codes, not learning anyone anything. As nawcom said:

1: theres already about 10 different tutorials about Dress ups and Custom Mouse Cursors.

2: you should actually explain what the different parts of the actionscript means instead of just giving people the code. they will never learn and will only benifit from stealing other peoples codes.

Instructions: Uneducating and plain messy
Graphics: Anyone can do better than that! Did you ever think of pulling the menus from screenshots so the person learning can relate from the actual Flash environment? It looks like you used M$ Paint, or Kid Pix to make them! Horrible.

When it came to ActionScript you just said (interpretation), "ok put this wordz in yer ting after u clik f8 lolz" without explaining the actions that they were supposed to do. Especially if the person has an amateur programming perspective, you simply fried a few thousand of his or her brain cells, along with his or her inspiration to learn about ActionScript programming.
