First : No, I don't get it why I should wish anybody I don't know personally some happy birthday...
Second : This is even more applicable if that person is probably one of the world histories biggest psychopathic assholes ever seen, regardless of which motives he might have had...
Probably you've posted this because either you are too forgiving (maybe religious, nothing bad about this) or fascist (though I don't think you are).
