The sixth episode of the Edgar N' Locke series. Here, Edgar and Locke meet a special guest who seems to have been fooled by the terrible categories in the music stores.

Also, Locke's voice has now changed and a new feature for the series is introduced here.

Enjoy.

"OMG, RETAIL MUSIC SATIRE TIME? [733]"

date: August 12, 2008

Is that Relm? LOL... good ol' metal standards... Green Day and RHCP... well, at least she mentioned fairly good rock bands as being metal instead of crappy rock bands... (or worse yet... crappy faux-metal bands, eh?).

Ed-GAHR. Heh... such overpronunciation funs. #;-}>

OMG... soloooooooooooooooo? Nice new feature!

But wait... noooo, not Megadeth. They can't even spell properly. ;_; Oh, well at least it's Hangar 18, which I know from one of the early Guitar Hero games, and it's decent enough. :::nods:::

Yeah, come to think of it... the main thing I don't like about Megadeth is the vocals, and.. uh... solos don't tend to have any vocals (beyond perhaps a few grunts, "ah"s or "yeah"s every now and then, I suppose, depending on the band).

CITIZENS DEMAND MOAR "COWBOYS FROM HELL" FOR NEXT SOLO. But then again, it's the chorus I want to hear in that... Eh. It's all good.

Author's Response:

Of course it's Relm. :)

Megadeth rule, and who cares about how death is spelt. :P

You'll hear Cowboys from Hell in the near future, BUT THERE WILL NOT BE A FEATURED RIFF, OK?!

Anyway, thanks for all these reviews gfox. :)

"Great"

Excellent way to get your point accross, and I agree completely. Music shops count metal as way too a diverse genre of music and usually include and slightly rock bands.

The graphics were good, really liked the old school sprites in this series.

The audio was great the music and the voice acting, nice to see a new voice, and sounds like you didn;t struggle at all :P

Overall a good movie, great to see the solo section this will be a very nice addition every episode :D

Author's Response:

Welcome to an empty fortress
A mighty wreck that once was proud
Ate alive by oxidation
Abandoned by a crew of cowards
Navigation systems failed
Computers crashed and they all fall down

Possibly I've seen too much
Hangar 18 I know too much

All the guilty paid the price
Suspended by their broken necks
No one survived to tell the story
When foreign life forms resurrect
And military intelligence is
Still two words that cant make sense

Possibly I've seen too much
Hangar 18 I know too much

"Awesome"

date: May 4, 2008

this was pretty cool, i liked the general idea and story behind it even if it was a little short, and the extra added solo feature was pretty cool too. Another great flash from bahamut!

The graphics were pretty good, its a sprtie animation so they can only be so good and i cant really say much about them, the animtion was smooth and consistant throughout as well.
The sound was excellent, great voice acting as usual and yay for new voice! The guitar solo waw of good quality too :P

Overall it was good, not yur best but good. Make more!

Welcome to our fortress tall
Take some time to show you around
Impossible to break these walls
For you see the steel is much too strong
Computer banks to rule the world
Instruments to sight the stars

Possibly I've seen too much
Hangar 18 I know too much

Foreign life forms inventory
Suspended state of cryogenics
Selective amnesias the story
Believed foretold but whod suspect
The military intelligence
Two words combined that cant make sense

Possibly I've seen too much
Hangar 18 I know too much
