**I am looking for voices and people to help with this project. I can't afford to pay much, but will include partial ownership in the end product. The major voices include Joe, the idealistic man from the Old West featured in the preview, Johnny, the smooth talking devil, handsome owner of a corporation, Lisa, an ambivalent hedonist (ala Jean Arthur), and Gracie, a sweet natured lady trapped in her belief that PM enterprises is doing good.**

A guy living in the Old West named Joe who gets transported into the future, into the "New Frontier" of modern capitalism and disconnection and is not too happy with what he finds has happened.

I don't immediately get the complete story from the movie itself, but hey, its a preview/teaser. Ii like the old movie vibe. Maybe it would be even stronger when in black & white? Good luck on the complete project

Author's Response:

Yeah, you should get it more when it is complete. Thanks for the support.

How did you make what the animation look like an old movie?

April 7, 2008

Author's Response:

Basically it's a movieclip that has some lines(look like scratches) and a few dots here and there. It's animated and it moves around and there is also a white square thaat covers the entire stage that changes in opacity to simulate the effect of maldeveloped film.

"Looks like it has a lot of potential"

This looks like something I'd want to watch... I'm always looking to see stuff with story. I like the stylistic touches (though the old film effect is maybe too much). I can't wait till this is done.

If you need a musical help, you can check out some of my songs on here or ctgmusic.com or elsewhere. I'd of course expect nothing but credit. PM me if you're itnerested.

Author's Response:

Thanks, I'll check it out. I think I'm ok for music, but I will definitely keep you in mind.

I see what you mean about the old filmy effect. I might just use it for certain sequences, or maybe tone it down a bit. Not sure.
