Good time waster.

Past the first play there's no reason to come back to it. The animations looked stiff. A save feature would've been better than the map feature.

However, I couldn't find any glaring glitches, and the enemies turning around, sort of bouncing off the walls made it feel like the right way to go for this type of game.

Incorporating a triple combo hit in the heavy hit was decent, but I wish there was more, like possibly a stun type of attack so I could set it up easier. I guess what I'm saying is that it could use more polish.

SeethingSwarm responds:

There ARE bosses in this game dude.
Thanks for comparing my enemies with brackenwood, but I dont see the resemblance, I see more of a resemblance with the backgrounds than the enemies in this game.

I made this game with a sequel in mind, so there probably will be a continuation, but I dont know when. I might do some other projects first. The musical artist is MaestroRage. His name appears in the game, in the credits of the game as well as on this very page you are reading right now. Click on his name to view his userpage and other songs. He is great!

Fantasic work! Really good job!

Graphics were decent, so was the music! The story was pretty cool to boot!

Obviously the combat was a wee bit repetative, but oh well, I'm not too bothered. This is the best I've played in a long time. I can't wait to play the next installment.

Thanks a lot!
And also thanks you for saying that the combat was OBVIOUSLY a wee bit repetitive. I mean, its a sidescrolling hack n slash, what do people expect?! Its supposed to be repetitive. Anyway, Im glad you liked the story and the graphics.

Thanks again :)

good but....

it gets sooo boring when you are constantly killing things with nothing to make the game better
it needs upgrades to your character and a mute button as the music gets very frustrating.

SeethingSwarm responds:

Wow, you are the first person to complain about the music. Well in this game the music is a part of the game and very much like a movie, if you dont like the music you will have to turn your speakers off, just like with a movie :)

Lots of people have been saying that upgrades and more moves would make this much better. I agree and will take it into consideration with my next game.
Thanks for the review :)
