Not bad
Your first version was better and probably would have been well off without a sequel. But this was nice. I disagree with the first and final parts of the movie being almost silent. You could have put more sounds into it (thus the 9). But your animation skils are pretty good.
P.S- I don't understand why people should complain if you use the same sprites as Alvin Earthworm (That is if you had used the same). The characters aren't his, so it shouldn't be limited to him, and the sprites he uses are awesome. You shouldn't worry about it.
He made (actually a collab) a scene with those mecha sonic sprites.
Something with Sandbag and Beat'em'Up.

Meh..
There was almost no sound at all until the music played. The fight was as boring as the music. Other than that, I felt like if this is your first real atempt then it was ok.
How about reading the "Author's comment"?
It's a music video. Before and after the main part should be silence. XD
and since when did I say, that this is my first attempt?
