I have ripped the player sprite from International Karate / Int. Karate +
'Nik & Jay' are some Danish retarded rappers. The intro sequence features one of their songs. The text translated to English is:
Okay - If you was told, you had one day left to live, - what would you do? - ...What I would do? - I wouldn't actually know what to do with myself - Maybe look in the mirror and kill 'Nik & Jay' a little bit...
The main animation contains a timer counting down from 24 hours.
