Thanks man. Yeh, noticed some abstract 2D animation got quite popular. Thing is abstract straight ahead animation does just build and build the amount of drawings you do, because the artist doesn't really time the animation properly, so you usually see things at a constant speed or spacing. Plus, its not really character animation, which is tricky, making a line grow or whatever is pretty basic.
Maybe its just because my hand isn't in shot, or that the film doesnt look like 2D animation, which is great from my point of view, means I made something like looks professional. Maybe I should have uploaded pencil tests to be popular ^_^
No hard feelings. Its a finished film that i am happy to send to companies and stick on my showreel. Cartoon Network wont hire you for animating a line after all now will they ;)
Picture quality sucks, but it was either this size and be blurry, or smaller and still be abit blurry. lol Hopefully my next film will render better...although it'll take longer cos of the length of it. I could just clean it up in flash though, who knows :)
