After 5 months of work and more than 12k lines of code written.. here comes StarCraft Flash RPG!
Level up one of the most famous characters, buy new units and upgrades, fight hordes of enemys,
but finally, meet and kill a new ultimate Zerg creation!
Features: about 5-10 hours of playtime, save / load game, autosave after every won battle, quests, npcs etc..
Warning: This game is hard. Just don't give up after first loose..
(If you still die alot, reduce difficulty to "low", but remember "hard" is the best)
Instructions: After starting a new game, click on your hero (in the middle of the screen) and turn "selection lock" to ON, so you can click anywhere to move.
Your first step should be to go to Barracks and buy medic or firebat.
After that, just go out of the city and enjoy watching how your squad kills some zergs.
You gain experiances, minerals and gas in battles or by doing quests.
Spend them in Barracks, Factory, Shop, Spaceport or Laboratory.
Remember: This is not an action game! Just sit and enjoy the show :-)
Not all locations are accessible, this is because of the 10 MB limit.

Well yes, but It's far from complete. There's a lot of work to be done, and then a lot of testing.
You know... there is always a bug :)
Right now I need only ideas of what to add/change.

one of my all times.... an rpg..... i got to say..
well, i love it. excellent combat thing caus i hate having to do the clicking and hit attack and stuff. i fought hydralisk squad on mofunzone.com, i got raped. i shoulda brought some extra guys and upgraded something or w/e. oh and i forgot to mention that your "terran officer" question is answered. the so called "officer" is Admiral Alexei Stukov. i think in broodwar he is killed by Samir Duran. Or he commited suicide...... and when u beat one of the campaigns (i think terran) Admiral Dugalle also shoots himself with a revolver. nuff history, ur game rox, and plz reply to me. im gonna be a fan in like... .5.. .4...... 2...... 1/4..... blah who cares. im a fan. i love it.
Thx, but I'm still not sure if he is Stukov or Dugal :)
Actually, I wanted the game to be playable with one finger on notebook's touch pad :D
If you really think that you are a fan, try to beat the boss on high difficulty and send me pm with some screenshots ;)

Exactly what I would expect from a starcraft rpg.
I see a lot that could be improved on, but pretty much of it has been already mentioned and U probably working on it. I just one time encouterd a bug when a zerg did't explode completly and I had to restart. I have just one big question, there is a lot U ain't doing cuz to size restraints and we can't see a lot of locations because of it, can't U just find a place to host a bigger version? I'm sure a lot of sites would love to host a game like this, if U have did it already, could U post a link? Cuz I can't find it.
The newest version is bigger than 10MB, so is won't be on newgrounds :(
But there are quite a lot of changes and new stuff that needs to be done and tested,
so it will take a while to make it playable.

GREAT GAME
Great game and a nice way to prepare for Starcraft II.
By the way, isn't the Terran Officer in the ensemble picture Alexei Stukov? (i.e. the officer killed by Samir Duran, the traitor)

Great minus the few glitches
I loved playing the game. I found it to be a lot of fun even with the glitches here and there. I am stuck in the game though. After I destroy the zerg lair I am unsure of what to do. I can't buy the Phoenix because I don't know where to find the protoss control crystal. Can anyone help me out?
Protoss control crystal is located in underground tunel, you just need lvl 12, science vessel and radar and look for and old destroyed vehicle...
