That was...ummm...interesting...lols. I'd say just get better on your technique and this could get a 3.5 at least!
Also, I couldn't help but notice, your 2 characters look a lot like Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric from Full Metal Alchemist.

all i see here is traced images you can draw a fairly good background if you do it slow .besides that it was not very good to begin with.. better luck next time
