"The end let it down."

The first little scene where the kid shot his two mates wasn't too bad and you should have left the movie there and just had it as a short, as the bits after that just really let it down, he randomly shot Bill and Hilary Clinton and then some other guy, it just wasn't necessary and like the title of this suggests it was just unnecessary violence, the part at the very end was an alright joke though. At the very start of this there was a distinct lack of sound, while the kids were talking, you should have had some music playing so it didn't seem so odd, or even better you could have had some voices.

the movie would have been fine with the unnecessary violence but what was really unnecessary was killing Steve Urkle...
