I like the way that you've made this piece themed around a particular movie. Airplane! is iconic and easily recognisable and you've taken some good quoites from the movie.

Of course, this opens up a whole cavalcade of movies you can use this for - Naked Gun and Police Academy immediately spring to mind. How about it?

Good manipulation of the sprites and good co-ordination of their movements with the sound track. Considering this is your third submission to Newgrounds, you've got it down to a good art.

I want to see some more, so make some sequels!

Airplane! quotes suite the Phoenix Wrong series perfectly.
It should've been a bit longer though, and had more variation in the quotes.
Otherwise it was good and I liked the the intro as well.
