Glenn gives Annie a drawing she likes, winning over her heart. Annie spends the rest of the day trying to coax Glenn into romancing her. Unfortunately for her, all Glenn wants to do is draw.

While it's loading, you can read character bios and look at a drawing I did of them. Once loaded, you can either watch the entire animation (5 minutes long) or select a scene to start from, as usual. This is a LOT more light hearted and cutesy than most of the stuff I've done in the past. It's also very music-driven. Keep these things in mind when watching. I also hid a scrapbook in there, SEE IF YOU CAN FIND IT. Well, it isn't THAT hard to find, but it isn't in an obvious place.

EDIT: I said the second part would be done soon, but as anyone can see, it isn't done yet. Hang tight, it's coming.

Everything in this animation, including writing, directing, animation, music, and all the male voices are done by me. Annie's voice is supplied by Rina-Chan.

Hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave a review! I read them all.

Really good flash!

I thought it was delightful! The art, the characters, and all the rest of the stuff!

Do you speak french? cuz lol "L'endroit Romantique" haha! Not very original for those who speak french. And also the girl seems so much older than that guy!

But whatever, very good movie. The guy doesn't get a thing!!! I wish it was like that in real life.... girls are so shy or whatever that you never know if they like you!

Bobert-Rob responds:

Nope, no french. I cheated though, I used babelfish to translate. And yeah, not original at all, but eh, whatever. Doesn't detract from the animation itself, I'd say, so it ain't a biggy. And I think the girl seems older cuz the guy is just so childish. They're actually a lot closer in age than you'd think, though. The guy's just really simple minded. Girls mature faster anyway. And I know all about the shy girl scenario... heh. Everyone's a little shy at first, though. Thanks for the review!

Cute!

I like this story a lot! It's simple, effective and super cute! That, and not relying on spoken works but signs totally helps, since I probably would of thought of you has a bad voice actor(Sorry, my standards are high). I also loved the simplicity of the caracters and how we know what they want. The girl wants the guy, the guy wants to draw, simple, right and again, it works!
So all I have to say for the sequel is to keep going the same way!

Bobert-Rob responds:

Most definitely, as this 'sequel' will actually be just the second half of the full story. So it's less of a sequel and more of just the second half to the complete story... but it could still be seen as a sequel I guess. And yeah, if there was more dialogue, my lack of skill might've shown a little.. but I'm honestly pretty decent as far as voice acting goes. The Siblings series should be proof of that (I do the voice of Rob in those). I still have a ways to go, of course, but I'm getting there. But anyway, yes, thanks for the review!

i liked it

it was nice and just in time :]

Bobert-Rob responds:

I love that 'just in time' fact myself, I was really worried Sunday night about it being done in time. Thankfully, I kicked it into place and worked it out. Yay! Glad you like it!

Loved it!

The artwork was wonderful and it was very cheery. I loved how the characters kinda pull a "Legend of Zelda" grunts and interjections.

Bobert-Rob responds:

You know what's great about the grunts and stuff they do in the LOZ games? They don't have to hire a totally new voice acting cast to translate it! Y'know, just update the text. That's probably why they do it, you know. It's a really smart idea, it makes the work a lot more universal. Thanks for the review!
