I kind of see this as a woman who is raped by an alien, and at the end, he takes her back to his home planet with her. Weird I know, but that's just how I interpret it.

Bit too weird for me... I could just be being a bit dense but I didn't really get any of it, and couldn't understand the bit near the end where I was floating around some clouds shooting at some other little zygotes, and I was never sure why I 'won' or progressed through the levels. Interesting concept though.
