I think the story is about a young woman who gets raped and gets pregnant. To get over this, she "dates" *ahum* a lot of others, and eventually because of this, lost a chance of a relationship. In the end, she is confronted by the man who raped her, but that's a bit vague. I guess that's the point though.

For the ones having trouble:
To get through the second level, you have to sort the circles in 3 groups, per colour.
For the next level, you have to get to the bottom, by spinning mostly.
The rest is not that hard.

Great game and great graphics, I just wanna know how to finish the second part, after the egg and sperm (kinda) union.

Great game, but Edmund mcmillen actually made a statement on the game's story. He made it after his step-dad had died, so he made this game as a representation of what he imagined his mother to feel. Something along those lines.
Despite the game's constant themes involving love and fertilization, this game is actually about death and how people dwell on it. Again, I am only paraphrasing.
