Excellent
I was really annoyed when I got stuck on a couple of places and the words were also confusing at first. Once I got what was going on, this became a really great game.
The perspective is very neat and amusing and the art is fantastic. It is easy on the eyes.
The music was also pleasing, and added to the effect of the animation.
Each step of this game was fun to actually do, it wasn't strainful in the least.
Now that I'm looking back at it, it's funny how difficult it was for me to understand what I was suppose to do. It's refreshing to have a game where I actually have to use my head for a change.
I wish I could see more interesting and unique pieces like this. Bravo. (I just wish there were more.)
Finally, to you people that are not getting past the second level and then giving a review of ten and asking what to do:
Pay attention to what the game is doing, pay attention to what your mouse is doing. At the beginning there is a circle with arrows that spin around. You ask yourself, 'what am I suppose to do to get further ahead?' FOLLOW THE ARROWS WITH YOUR CURSOR. Now apply that thinking throughout the rest of the game.
I am *not* going to spoil it for you, it takes away half the fun.

Makes you think
Really good game you've created here. Good concept, but in truth it just seemed like I was still reaching a "clear direction" every segment (getting past it) but simply didn't have any instructions on how to beat it except with what I thought was right. The game was great and the story was compelling/deep. I don't often see games that present a story like this one so well with the gameplay. Another creative element was the actual movement of some of the segments. I can't really describe it too well, but the first, 3rd, 4th, and 7th segments had really unique movements that I enjoyed (that's not to say the other segments aren't any good, I just liked those in particular).
So anyway, good game you've made here, it takes a patient and open (^_^) mind to truly enjoy it.

Nice story
But the controls re the worst I've EVER, EVER seen. Third screen. No control over anything, ave it around like Rambo would and nothing. shunted to the top of the screen.
Sore it's nice to think your edgy and oh so interesting to title it like that, it boils down to some crap pregnancy game.

Fun up until
the screen where you have to move down. relies more on luck than skill, and is just too frustrating because of that. the AI dominates you in that stage completly. Make it a little easier. Other than that, was pretty interesting.
