It was a nice one joke flash. But the background was unnecessary and distracting and I can see why other users think it's offensive, especially if you don't know the reference. I'd lose it.

This is a very short flash, and not that funny. please make your next flash much longer.

Good one-joke flash, and it's nice to see that you didn't make it arbitrarily long, or try to drive the joke into our heads.
Buuuuut... the sound seriously needs to be equalized. I turned my sound down at the pounding techno intro, and then couldn't hear what the hell was being said.
