This animation marks the beginning of my 'next gen' flashes, I am no longer submitting 'exoeriments' to newgrounds with sloppy storylines jammed in where I can.
This is also apparent through the different and distinguished style of the new 'Deitous' logo.
I always wanted to do a 'ninjas vs pirates' flash, and thought about how the different clans would clash and live.
The graphics in this are the best of any flash I have completed, and the storyline is written up to the fourth episode.
Of course, depending on feedback, the fourth episode may or may not be completed.
This is also my first animation in collaboration with another, but wasn't originally going to be a joint piece of work.
I decided late in the production of this that extra art would speed up the progress of the animation, and called on my good friend, and budding flash artist, xander, of Pantz productions.
He has contributed little art to this episode, apart from the occasional spiff-up, but has and will have a larger role in the art of latter episodes, including backgrounds, characters and effects.
It is unfortunate that I continued the style of animation similar to 'Frihken', but I think for the type of story Im trying to portray, with the fighting and large environments, this is good.

I am still in a sore need of a tablet, motion tweens and vector drawing are going to kill me.
