It's not meant to make sense. Purple. Yes, purple.
The 3D turns were done frame by frame, incase any of you are going to argue otherwise.
With this flash I came to these conclusions :
- I cannot draw violins.
- Fish are easier to draw with the figure 8 method.

That is all,

Purplescale beats, you could have called it

Yes, purplescale, as opposed to grayscale... a world from black to white with nothing but shades of purple in between. Okay, there was some red from the equalizer-like graphics that pumped up and down on the mountainsides... and that green sign in the preloader screen. Speaking of which, the misty/washed out tones of the preloader were kinda like a purple-sepiatoned colour and I really dug it, but wasn't expecting the entire flash to be just as awesomely shaded, only with more vibrant hues.

Anyway, I like the shaking of the camera/frame to go with the bassline and beats and the scratching, I dig the groovilicious song, and the shadowy creatures doing their thing added some extra visual eyecandy, though it really wasn't even needed. The motion everywhere made the landscape seem alive. Hell, even the lavendar sky and purple sun.

Awesomeness. Thanks for submitting this right when I was about to go to bed and was checking the portal one last time tonight, Kuoke. Otherwise I might never have seen it. GOOD TIMING!

Fucking weird

The purple motif -- if that's the right way to put it -- is an odd but fitting choice. The flashing of the rhythm in the mountains was nifty. This is a very odd experience.

Two words. Weird. Refreshing.
I loved it. I don't have a real reason why, except for the great animation. It didn't really have any action in it, yet it was full of content.
The 3D turns were awesome indeed and I especially liked the way it ended, with the background blending into the logo.
Great job, keep it up. :)
