Animals being smacked around even if theyre robots.

Maybe after a few episodes let the dog transform into and raptor? :D that would be cool!!

This is a lot better than 3a(which I blammed) though you shouldve either merged both or put the entrance of the robman 3.0 in 3a

...and could easily be merged into one episode. All you need to do is cut the appropriate frames out of one .fla and put them in the other, or save it as a .swf and drop the movie into the timeline. Your method is inefficient for yourself as well as those who have to watch them.

Now then, regarding the movie in general.

I can see that some effort has been put into this. The robot dog's head has good detail with regards to shading. The animation is also decent for all characters involved.

As for the fight music, the sound quality is fairly poor. You may wish to find the same file but with a larger resolution.

The backgrounds are rather bland, you may wish to focus on adding more detail to them.

Something to consider when making Episode 4, perhaps? :s
