Mario teaches Imperialism

A Flash I made as a project for my History class. It's meant to be funny as well as informative, so give it a watch. sorry for the big file size, but this thing is over 7 minutes long!

I spent all weekend on this, neglecting my other homework assignments, to get this done, and its STILL not 100% complete, thats why it ends sorta abruptly. If this gets a good score then I will finish it. Well Its 4:53 AM now... I should stop staying up so late...

*NOTE* The play button doesnt work (>_<) and this thing takes about 20 minutes to publish so I'm not gonna fix it! I'm sure you know how to deal with it...

Also, I'm glad you all like this, but keep in mind I'm only the animator. The other people in my research group helped with the script and research, so I dont get all the credit ;)

UPDATE (4/11/02): This got into the top 50! Just shows how good school house rock COULD have been ;)

this is awesome

Luigi, my brother in Christ, may god rest his soul. He died for a noble cause.

Very funny and informative! Hope you got a big score from it!

I didn't know the score was so high! It was funny how this started out like a standard project and then had Mario. That's a good thing. I really learn a lot from this. I admit to not really studying much about Imperial China in any Social Studies class. A country with that many people deserves to have its history known.

The music was really nice too. Some of the drawings could have been a bit better. You really do work the narrative into the lesson. I always like learning about history. You must have gotten a high grade.

Pretty Nice :) the animation is a bit funky, but good job
