I can definitely relate.
Miami drivers are pretty bad like that. I wish I could do the floodlight idea to those jerks. Alas they are the a-holes who won't get a ticket. I like these rants, the author of Foamy is like a stand up comedian.

OMG I HATE THOSE PEOPLE!!!!
As it JUST GETTING DARK (about dusk) they have those high beams on to "plz blind me" setting so I cant see what the F*** is coming at me. For the record I live in the city! Who needs high beams when there's a lamp post every 10 feet lighting the F****** ROAD!
