A breif shooter where you shoot targets. Whoopadeedoo.

I randomly had this idea, and it took a couple of minutes to make, so I expect a high score. Just a few techniques I've used before, and decided to add together in one unnormalizes thing. If you miss, you lose two points. If you hit a target, you gain points depending on where you hit it.

Happy N00b years!

"Like your Clock Day one."

Animation/Graphics - This is pretty much just like your clock day flash in terms of animation, but there wasn't as many targets going down. I think it should have been programmed to have the targets break apart when you shoot them. That's pretty much the only thing you could do animation wise to make this any better.

Story/Content - There should have been a time limit where you needed to get a certain amount of points to get to the next level. You could even then take it as far as giving upgrades in between levels and making targets harder to break throughout the game. Perhaps adding different colored targets, which are worth different amount of points and even some targets that if you shoot you lose points.

Audio - Decent sound effects and music all around. If you animated it so they broke you could add some sound effects of the targets breaking. And if you had a win or lose situation in the game you could have a rewarding sound or a buzzard sound to represent losing.

Overall - A good start, but needs things like levels.

"Good Try."

That game isn't one that lasts long, and the reason is because you don't have a goal or even levels that tell you where you are in the game (if there was some sort of timer or some amount of points you had to reach in the game that i don't know of, then maybe should should declare that in an intro page).. It would be nice if there was some variation in the targets as well (maybe some special powerups or something). When you hit the targets, the targets should do something other than play the sound clip - perhaps it could shatter into bits. Oh and also, when you miss, you don't lose two points.
Anyways, not a bad job, though with a bit of fixing up it could be even better :)

"Wow. Horrible."

This SUCKED. Maybe it would be better if there was a objective, or even if the targets broke when you hit them.

"That wasn't very good."

Next time, try more complicated ideas. It would be a lot more interesting if a target would disappear, or become unhittable in any way (if that's even a word). Also, it would be interesting if you could send projectiles so that you have to shoot where the target is going to be. Maybe as something more interesting, you could turn the targets into babies or Teletubbies or something and have their blood and guts splatter everywhere whenever they're hit. (I'm sorry. I'm a cruel person and revel in the pain of babies and weird TV show characters.)
Anyway, my point is, this is just too simple. Sorry for being so hard on you.

"Wheres the menu?"

date: January 1, 2008

Well the first thing in this was a problem. There was no start menu and it just went right into the game. Also as soon as I realized this and I started shooting the targets you might want to make them so that they break when they were shot at. Levels also might of been nice. And also a twist like different kind of targets that move differently.
