Animation/Graphics - Probably your best flash in terms of graphics and animation. I loved the animated background that you used. I think more tutorials should include animation like this one had.
Story/Content - More stuff that I have no idea how to do and I will never know how to do, but still very helpful for people that need the information. Your presented it in a pretty organized way and it was pretty easy on the eyes, meaning that I didn't have any trouble reading it or anything.
Audio - A good choice for background music. There really isn't anything needed to be improved on here since there isn't any need of sound effects or voices.
Overall - A helpful tutorial for people who need it, which has good colors and a good animated background.
